At OSAKA HOCKEY, OSAKA PEOPLE we are delighted to provide an efficient delivery service to our customers.  We have working relationships with national and international couriers and guarantee to provide you a fast and efficient delivery service.

We will endeavor to have your order dispatched within 48 hours, after you have placed an order. All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to dispatch.

All goods are dispatched via national or international couriers and will require a signature upon delivery. A tracking number for your consignment will be made available to you.

Order can be dispatched to your home or work place but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes.

Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package.

Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Terms and Conditions

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. We recommend that you use a reputable courier or postal service. We cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. When we receive the goods back, after inspection, we will process a refund onto the card used to make the original order. Please Note: All shortages, damages or discrepancies in your shipment must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Warrenty and Faulty Goods

The bags come with a 10 year guarantee. If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken: For purchases under 14 days old, we will exchange the faulty item at our expense. Please e-mail with your order number and daytime contact number so we can arrange an exchange delivery. Please send back the item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number, and your daytime contact number. Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
